As we enter a significant phase of expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of business development, enhance brand presence, and contribute to our continued success across Victoria.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate, event, and luxury sectors.

Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate the Stedmans brand.

Building strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensuring exceptional client service.

Collaborating with head office on strategic growth plans, sales forecasting, and budget management.

Supporting recruitment campaigns and talent pipeline growth in alignment with business needs.

Representing Stedmans at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to increase market presence.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role—hospitality experience highly regarded.

Proven success in growing accounts, meeting revenue targets, and executing marketing plans.

Passion for customer service, with a deep understanding of hospitality standards and culture.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

A polished personal presentation and commitment to upholding brand values.

Understanding of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity principles.
