About the role

Join the Garvie Holdings Team as a Snap Fitness Club Manager based in Wangaratta, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pre-Sale of this amazing new club along with building your team and organisng the day-to-day operations of the club once opened. You will be required to ensuring exceptional member experience and driving the club's performance to the KPI's that have been set through Pre Sale and on Opening of the club.

What you'll be doing

Organising and running a strong Pre-Sale Campaign

Building a team from ground up in roles of Crech'e, Pt & Goup Fitness

Manage the club's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and membership administration

Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement, retention and growth

Provide excellent customer service and address member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club's facilities and equipment

Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to achieve sales, marketing and operational goals

Lead, coach and develop the club's team of fitness professionals

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

A Minimum 2 years' experience in a fitness club management or supervisory role is an advantage

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional member experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Proficient in sales, marketing and financial management

Passion for health, fitness and wellness, with a desire to inspire and motivate others

Relevant qualifications in sport, recreation or business management are highly desirable
