Anytime Fitness Chirnside Park – Club Manager

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Club Manager to launch Chirnside Park’s very first Anytime Fitness club!

At Anytime Fitness, we’re passionate about helping people live healthier, stronger, and happier lives - both physically and mentally.

As a full-time Club Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, Sales Manager and a team of casual staff, supporting the day-to-day operations of the club. You’ll also be connected to a wider network of staff and club owners across our other Anytime Fitness locations throughout Melbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role requires:

Proven sales, management, and leadership experience (fitness industry experience is an advantage)

A willingness to learn, grow, and openly receive feedback

Strong administrative skills, including high-volume phone calls and confidence using membership databases

A genuine passion for supporting people’s overall wellbeing physically, mentally, and emotionally

Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive, can-do attitude

Great organisational skills and a proactive, plan-ahead mindset

Drive to meet and exceed KPIs each month

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Most importantly a team-first attitude and a love for what you do!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading club operations including outreach, lead generation, appointment bookings, walk-ins and managing the complete membership sign-up process

Leading by example not only managing your team but inspiring and motivating them daily

Ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe club environment (including gym floor and amenities)

Creating a positive, fun and inclusive club culture that encourages members to reach their fitness goals

Completing administrative duties, maintaining accurate member records and confidently using our systems and technology

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary $65,000 – $70,000 base + commission and super

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

Mornings, evenings, and Saturdays

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Previous sales and customer service experience essential

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Valid Police Check

Working with Children Check
