Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive membership sales and reach sales targets

Provide OUTSTANDING customer service and build a loyal client base

Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals

Conduct orientations for new and current members

Promote the club brand and image within the local community

Create a vibrant and fun club culture

Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed

Coach, mentor, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey

Drive engagement and drive the club’s exposure through social media
