The Role
We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to handle breakdowns, repairs, servicing, and installations of heat pump systems, gas heaters, and boilers. You’ll be working in a customer-focused environment where safety, compliance, and long-term relationships come first.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair faults in heat pump hot water systems, gas heaters, and boilers

Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance

Perform safe and compliant installations

Complete accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service

What You’ll Need

Licensed Plumber (VIC)

Experience with heat pumps, gas heaters, and boilers

Strong fault-finding and customer service skills

Work vehicle, White Card, and relevant safety certifications
