🛠️ About the Role
As a Heating & Cooling Service Technician, you will:
Service and maintain ducted heating, evaporative cooling, and split systems
Diagnose faults and recommend reliable repair solutions
Install new split-system and ducted units to compliance standards
Perform system testing, commissioning, and complete compliance checks
Identify and quote additional works (e.g. duct repairs, upgrades) where relevant
Work closely with leadership and admin to keep jobs on track and clients informed
✅ What We’re Looking For
Registered Plumber with Type A Gas Servicing endorsement (VIC)
Proven diagnostic and installation skills in domestic HVAC
Solid understanding of compliance and safety requirements
Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own schedule
Comfortable using job-tracking software (we use AroFlo)
Current Driver’s Licence
