What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Your turf mastery: Turf industry experience backed by a A Diploma in Sports Turf (preferred) or Certificate III in Sports Turf is your passport to success. (Hort Science or Ag Science background also highly regarded.)
- Relationship-building brilliance: You're a natural connector, eager to foster strong client relationships and expand thier footprint.
- Sales prowess: You're driven to smash KPIs, identify new business opportunities, and act as a brand ambassador for their premium products.
- Adaptability & zest: You thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace seasonal workflows, and possess an outgoing, approachable, and passionate approach to sales.
- Road warrior spirit: You're flexible and ready to travel into regional areas to connect with our valued clients.
- Tech-savvy: You can effortlessly maintain sales data and our CRM database.
- Australian Driver's Licence: Essential.
