Facility Manager – Aged Care | Relocate to Yackandandah
Redstone Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven aged care professional to take on the role of Facility Manager at a medium sized not for profit aged care facility located in Yackandandah, Victoria.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader in aged care looking to step up into a senior management role in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

To be successful, you will need:

• Current AHPRA registration (Grade 5 RN or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within aged care
• Current Police Check and up-to-date vaccination records
• Proven leadership and team mentoring skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• A genuine passion for aged care and resident wellbeing
