Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Adoption Lead to champion the integration of artificial intelligence solutions across multiple sites in metropolitan Melbourne. This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in stakeholder engagement and can translate complex technologies into real-world business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption and implementation of AI technologies across business units.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify AI opportunities.
• Manage change and ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Conduct on-site visits across metro Melbourne to support teams and oversee adoption efforts.
• Provide training and support to staff to drive awareness and understanding of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose AI tools.

About You:

• Proven experience in leading digital or AI transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Technologically adept with a solid understanding of AI concepts and tools.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Willingness to travel regularly across Melbourne metro locations.
