Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end application support for Retail Directions and related systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and drive system improvements.
• Perform hands-on SQL tasks including data analysis, queries, and troubleshooting.
• Work across cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and manage change requests.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and integrations.

About You:

You have strong IT experience within the retail sector, and you understand the unique challenges and systems within this fast-paced environment.
You’re a natural communicator, technically capable, and focused on delivering practical outcomes.

Experience:

• 3+ years working in IT, with hands-on experience implementing or supporting business applications
• Familiarity with core retail platforms and customer-facing tech (e.g., POS, payment solutions, eCommerce)
• Experience with integration tools (middleware, file-based, or API-driven)
• Solid foundation in programming, databases, or analytics/reporting
