The company
We are a market leading gate automation and access control company located in St Marys. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our busy team on a full-time basis.
The role
You will be required to co-ordinate all reception and administration tasks, including:
· Answering customer queries both face-to-face and over the phone
· Scheduling staff workflows
· Attending to email inboxes
· Daily routine activities such as checking / sorting and sending mail, receipting occasional cash deposits
· Processing customer payments
· Generating sales enquiries using our specialised software
· Typing and sending quotations using a specialised template
· Processing debtor invoices
· Maintaining current records and general filing
· Any other duties as directed by Management
As the successful applicant you will:
· Have extensive experience in a Receptionist-style role
· Be proficient in the use of computer systems, especially the Microsoft Office suite
· Have outstanding organisation and time management skills, with a particular focus on efficiency
· Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks without supervision
· Be able to work efficiently when handling multiple tasks
· Be proactive and have a ‘can do’ attitude and a team oriented approach
· Be highly motivated and reliable, able to work 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
