Utter Gutters is a South Australian owned and operated home improvement business that specialises in guttering, roofing, carports and verandahs servicing South Australians for over 20 years. We are seeking a full time Receptionist / Administration support person to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Act as the first point of contact for customers
• Manage multiple sales consultants calendars and assigning leads using database and outlook calendar
• Keep reception area tidy and maintain brochure displays
• Monitor and process incoming payments and issue receipts using database and excel
• Monitor and process accounts payable invoices using Hubdoc and Xero
• Creating and maintaining jobs in database and online folders
• Assisting the general manager with day to day operations
• Mail sorting and distribution
• Banking
• Monitor and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a reception / administrative support role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, Hubdoc and Xero would be ideal
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
