Our Client:

Within the Sydney office, they have a tight knit team with tenured staff at all levels.

As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage a large ledger of outstanding debt, ensuring invoices are paid within terms
• Consistent follow up and collection of outstanding debtors via telephone and email
• Maintaining collections notes in the finance system for the purpose of reporting
• Review and follow up outstanding WIP and unbilled disbursements, ensuring they are billed
• Processing WIP and Debtor write offs
• Prepare and provide reports, including statements, reminder letters, reconciliations, ledger reports and other necessary reports as required by both internal and external clients
• Attend and respond to queries and requests from both internal and external clients
• Credit reviews and verification of new clients
• Assist the AR team with receipting and allocations during busy periods

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 years+ experience in credit control. Previous experience in professional services will be highly regarded as is any exposure to billings

You will have intermediate excel skills, a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
