The Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll provide expert procurement and contract management advice across the organisation. You’ll lead sourcing strategies, manage tenders and quotations, and ensure compliance with all governance and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead procurement planning and market approach strategies
• Manage end-to-end tendering and quotation processes
• Provide contract management support and supplier performance analysis
• Deliver training and support to internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legislation

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for public sector excellence.

Key skills required:
• Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract law (highly advantageous)
• Proven experience in contract administration and procurement in medium to large organisations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems (e.g., SAP or Finance 1)
