What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, manage, and execute CRM campaigns across multiple owned channels
• Optimise the customer journey and support the shift towards greater automation
• Manage content scheduling across email, app and web platforms
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Product, Customer Service, Compliance)
• Report on campaign performance using GA4, Power BI, and other analytics tools

About You:

• 3+ years in a CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution role
• Hands-on with campaign platforms (e.g. Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze)
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams
• Curious, adaptable and excited to grow with a scaling brand
• Bonus if you’ve worked in regulated or consumer-facing industries (e.g. gaming, fintech, wagering, e-comm)

Tech Stack You’ll Use: Optimove, Salesforce, Power BI, GA4, Monday.com, MicroStrategy, internal campaign and reporting tools
