As a Credit Strategy Associate, you’ll be the engine behind the lending process. Working closely with high-performing brokers, you’ll support clients from the moment they apply to the day they get their keys — with real input into loan structuring, product research, and strategic recommendations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing loan strategies and application documents for broker review
• Conducting serviceability calculations and reviewing client creditworthiness
• Comparing products and structures to align with client goals
• Submitting compliant, accurate loan applications across multiple lenders
• Proactively tracking file progress and following up with clients and lenders
• Collaborating with internal teams and suggesting process improvements
• Participating in training, staying up to date on lender policies, and building your professional knowledge

Who we’re looking for:
You’ve worked in loan processing, broker support, or a similar role for at least 2 years. You understand lending policy, thrive on accuracy, and bring a sharp, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. You hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, communicate with confidence, and know your way around ApplyOnline, lender portals, and broker CRM systems.
