About the Role

We’re seeking a capable and detail-oriented Credit Analyst / Para Broker to join our growing team. Based in South Melbourne and Richmond, both offices are well-connected by public transport and close to key amenities.

This is a full-time position designed for someone with strong credit knowledge who wants to work in a structured, high-performing environment. You’ll play a critical role supporting our brokers with loan structuring, serviceability analysis, and stakeholder management—while being backed by a loan processing team who handle the data entry, admin and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct serviceability calculations and recommend suitable loan structures

Compare lender products and policies to align with client objectives

Liaise with clients, lenders, BDMs to manage applications efficiently

Provide input on complex scenarios, including income verification and deal positioning

Review outputs from the loan processing team, including ApplyOnline submissions

Oversee files from submission through to settlement, maintaining accuracy and alignment with lender policy

Collaborate with brokers and processors to ensure smooth and timely progression of each deal

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or credit analysis

Strong understanding of loan structures, lender policy and NCCP compliance

High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills

Effective communicator with both clients and internal teams

Confident using ApplyOnline, lender platforms, and CRM systems (MyCRM experience preferred)

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred)
