Quality Control Analyst - Graduate Entry Role

Hours: 8AM - 4PM (Flexible) - Monday to Friday

This is a casual on-going role with a view to permanency after 6 months dependent on performance

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to launch their career in Quality Control within a forward-thinking company. As a Quality Control Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team ensuring products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:
•Authorise release of finished goods for dispatch
•Perform tests in line with company and customer methods
•Carry out routine quality checks, reference sampling, and manage sample storage
•Report and investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results
•Review and recommend updates to procedures and work instructions
•Calibrate and maintain lab instrumentation
•Conduct in-process and finished product sampling for microbiological testing
•Ensure compliance with OH&S policies and maintain a safe working environment
•Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality System
•Carry out other duties as directed by the Quality Manager

About You:
•Tertiary qualification (Diploma, Bachelor's or higher)
•Eager to learn and develop professionally
•Team player with strong communication skills
•Able to work independently and show initiative
•Committed to upholding safety and quality standards
