This is a permanent part-time role for 5 days per week.

You’ll be someone who thrives on precision, takes pride in high standards, and genuinely enjoys working with beautiful things. Jewellery experience is a bonus but not essential – we will fully train you in our quality control systems, processes, and product knowledge. You’ll be part of our friendly, motivated and driven head office team – an awesome group of people who support and empower each other daily.

You understand that working with luxury jewellery means paying close attention to detail, following clear processes, being assertive and staying super organised. You’ll be confident using computers and digital processes, writing clear notes, and staying on top of QC digital documentation. You’ll also be a team player – happy to help where needed and always working towards the common goal of delivering exceptional quality to our customers.

As our Quality Control Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in upholding the integrity of our products. You will inspect and assess finished jewellery pieces to ensure they meet our exacting standards for craftsmanship, setting, metalwork, gemstone quality, and overall finish.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine jewellery production or quality control

Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing techniques, precious metals, and gemstone quality

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach

Comfortable working with digital systems and digital processes

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Because you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency, then this long-term role works well for you. You will start at 8.30am and finish at 5pm Monday to Friday/ Our head office is nearby our Sydney QVB store, in the heart of the CBD – super easy for transport, nearby Town Hall station, York St buses, Metro and George St, Light rail!
