We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused worker to join a well-established manufacturing site in Bomaderry for a Safety Shower Quality Control position. This role involves inspecting emergency safety showers across a large chemical manufacturing site. You'll be responsible for checking functionality, recording findings, and reporting any faults to ensure compliance with site safety standards. The position requires comfort working in an industrial environment and a strong attention to detail.

This is an ongoing part-time opportunity for approximately 12 months, with flexibility to work any two days per week, and shift options available.

Hours of Work: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm 2 days per week

Rate of Pay: $35.05 per hour + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test safety/emergency showers across the manufacturing site
• Accurately record and report each shower’s working condition
• Identify any basic faults and escalate issues as required
• Work independently and maintain high attention to detail

Requirements:

• Physically fit – this role involves being on your feet and walking long distances
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to work autonomously and follow procedures
• Basic computer/ tablet skills
• Driver licence and own transport
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in quality control, maintenance, or WHS roles
