Position: Quality Control Co-Ordinator (Hunter Valley and Newcastle)
Location: Singleton, NSW
MC Quality is looking for a Co-Ordinator to join our NSW team and support our continued growth. This role is all about supporting our people, keeping quality high, and working closely with our customers to ensure their assets are reliable and exceeding expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting and mentoring our team of Quality Control Specialists - lead by example to help them grow and keep our standards high.
Building strong relationships with customers - provide leadership to guide quality and technical decisions. Interactions are with an exciting mix of site and workshop clients.
Working with the branch leadership team - schedule quality control tasks, monitor job progress and budgets to ensure our projects run smoothly.
Making sure we stay compliant with industry standards and safety requirements.
What You’ll Need
✔ Engineering/Fabrication Trade and/or Qualifications in Welding Inspector/Supervision.
✔ Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
✔ Excellent communication skills - you’ll be working with our people and our customers daily.
✔ Capability and confidence using MS Suite and digital systems.
✔ A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
