My client designs, builds, and maintains road trains and road transport equipment equipped to take on the rugged Australian outback conditions.

Role: Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate BOMs and part records in EPICOR.

Provide production teams with required documentation (e.g., schematics, work instructions).

Ensure all critical components are included in BOMs.

Manage design changes and lead the Engineering Change process.

Improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Skilled in AutoCAD and 3D design software (Inventor preferred).

Proficient with ERP systems, especially EPICOR.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.

Offer:

$90,000 - 130,000 + Super
