The Role:
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing contracts,
Managing due diligence checks,
Drafting documents, preparing settlement calculations,
Liaising with clients, financiers, and regulatory bodies.
Skills and experience:
You have at least 5+ years' experience working as a conveyancing clerk.
Able to manage a conveyancing file from start to finish.
Able to articulately provide advice on Contracts.
Complex subdivision conveyancing and off the plan work.
Drafting correspondence, preparing transfer documentation and settlement calculations.
Liaising with clients, financiers and regulatory bodies and other parties as required.
Experience with duties online, PEXA, SPEAR, InfoTrack, and a high level of IT competency. Smokeball preferable, but not essential.
Must have great attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Great work ethic, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
