As a key member of the property development team, you will play a leading role in complex and large-scale commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use property transactions. You’ll work directly with a premium client base of tier-one developers, landlords, and international property investors, negotiating key deals and shaping major development projects from inception through to delivery.

This role is perfect for a confident Associate or Senior Associate with 4+ years of strong PAE in property law, particularly in real estate development, leasing, and major transactions. You’ll thrive in a high-performance environment where mentoring, national collaboration, and client contact are part of daily life.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Advising on complex development projects across a range of sectors.
• Negotiating and drafting key property documentation including development agreements and lease pre-commitment deals.
• Managing relationships with blue-chip clients on a national and global scale.
• Working closely with other senior lawyers and contributing to team strategy and mentoring juniors.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience in Australian property law
• Ability to lead files autonomously and advise clients on end-to-end project matters.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and the drive to build client relationships.
