The Opportunity
In this role, you will advise on the full spectrum of real estate matters including:

Capital transactions and complex development projects across asset classes (e.g., mixed-use precincts, build-to-rent, renewables)

Real estate joint ventures

Complex agreements for lease and leasing matters

You will l have access to an impressive client base including developers, investors, fund managers, landlords, and government bodies. The firm takes a commercial and practical approach to solving complex legal issues and is highly regarded for its market-leading capabilities in real estate law.

About You
We are keen to hear from lawyers with:

Up to 10 years’ PQE gained at a reputable real estate practice

Experience in real estate transactions, development projects, or corporate real estate work

Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen

A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong client relationships

A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and development
