The Company:
A trusted and respected IT Managed Service Provider dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and exceptional service to their diverse corporate clients.
The Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer Level 1-2 who will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the technology infrastructure and end-user computing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and effective support to end users, ensuring their IT issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Configure and maintain network devices (LAN, WAN, security systems, and telecom services).
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 services.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure regular maintenance and optimization of customer IT systems.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary Education, or relevant industry qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Helpdesk / IT Support Engineer.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment.
- Experience supporting Windows Desktops & Laptops, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with Azure services and Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with basic Network LAN/WAN/VLAN configuration and support.
- Skills in scripting with PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on client sites from 1 to 5 days a week depending on requirements (flexible working arrangement).
Salary Package: $75K-$85K Base + Superannuation
