Overview
This High Growth Australian Consumer Products business has already established markets in ANZ, USA and UK, with expansion into Asia later this year. With this growth comes the continual development, training and mentoring of its staff.
This Private business has a highly focused, motivated and engaging people environment. The Australian business currently employs 70 staff and is looking to grow significantly in line with profit and sales.

Role
Working closely with the senior management this role will be both hands-on and strategic. It will cover performance management, recruitment, employment contracts, L&D, employee engagement, compliance, awards and legislation. You will manage a small P&C team.

Requirements
With a strong generalist HR background you will be pragmatic, engaging and a person who thrives on taking responsibility and making a positive contribution.
Knowledge of the Fairwork Act together with HR policies and legislation are critical.
FMCG/Consumer Products experience within a fast paced SME business would be great.
The ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and consult to internal and external stakeholders on a variety of HR, commercial, and business issues will demonstrate your maturity and respect.
