Site Manager – Residential Construction

Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a robust background in supervising project home constructions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in carpentry and hold relevant qualifications, including a builder's licence or supervisor's licence, along with a Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying and a Certificate IV in Residential Building. This role involves overseeing all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.​
• Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.​
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and uphold high-quality workmanship.​
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal impact on project progress.​
• Client Interaction: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing regular updates and promptly addressing any concerns.​

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licences and Certifications: Must hold a builder's licence or supervisor's licence, along with a Certificate III in Carpentry or Bricklaying, and a Certificate IV in Residential Building.​
• Experience: Proven experience in supervising project home constructions is essential.​
