About the Role

We are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join our passionate team and lead high-impact HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals. This role is central to enhancing leadership capability, workforce planning, employee experience, and organisational culture.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Rosewood to drive transformation, deliver people-focused solutions, and embed “The Rosewood Way” across every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals.

Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.

Lead initiatives that uplift engagement, wellbeing, and staff retention.

Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture in line with Rosewood’s mission and values.

Utilise data and insights to influence decision-making and continuous improvement.

Facilitate cultural change, internal development, and leadership growth.

About You

You’re a proactive and empathetic HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about people and culture.

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a similar business partnering or advisory role.

Strong experience influencing senior leaders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices.

Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in leadership development, engagement, and workforce planning.

Desirable:

Aged care, health, or community services experience.

Experience in regulated or complex environments.

Postgraduate studies or HR certifications.
