The Role
You will join a team of skilled Business Partners supporting a portfolio of clients and providing strategic advice and guidance to support business planning and evidence-based decision making.

As a member of the People Business Partnering team you will:

  • Work closely with university leaders, supervisors, and staff across an allocated portfolio providing expert advice and guidance to support strategic business objectives.
  • Provide expert leadership to our people on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including complex and sensitive employee relations matters;
  • Provide proactive, strategic advice to support business planning and evidence-based decision-making;
  • Lead and guide the implementation of workforce planning, structural and cultural change and talent acquisition and management programs, projects and initiatives; and
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements and interpreting and applying industrial instruments, policies and procedures.
