Healthia
Posted 2 days ago
At Healthia, we’re on a mission to become Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted allied health provider. Across our growing network of optometry, podiatry, physiotherapy, and hand therapy clinics, we live by one purpose — Transforming Health, Enriching Lives.
We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team, partnering with our Podiatry and Hand Therapy divisions nationally.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the employee experience, coach and support operational leaders, and contribute directly to growth initiatives, including integrating newly acquired businesses.
You'll work closely with operational and clinical leaders, delivering hands-on generalist support across the full employee lifecycle — with a sharp focus on talent, engagement, leadership capability, and workforce growth.
This role is ideal for an experienced People Advisor ready for their next step into true partnering — or a current Business Partner wanting a meaningful, connected portfolio.
Your Key Focus Areas
Partnering with operational and clinical leaders across Podiatry and Hand Therapy
Supporting workforce planning, leadership development, and succession pipelines
Delivering employee lifecycle initiatives — from onboarding to offboarding
Driving acquisition integration projects and organisational change activities
Championing Healthia’s EVP, values, and growth mindset across the network
Leveraging data and people insights to inform initiatives and decisions
About You
You’re a practical, people-first HR professional who builds trust easily. You move fast but stay grounded in what’s right for both people and the business.
You’ll thrive here if you bring:
Strong generalist HR experience (multi-site, healthcare or allied health preferred — but not essential)
A partnering mindset with a commercial and solutions-focused approach
Experience supporting change management, acquisitions, or transformation initiatives
The ability to influence, coach, and build capability in leaders
A genuine passion for helping teams and individuals grow, engage, and succeed
Why Healthia?
Full-time, in-person role based at Bowen Hills, Brisbane, just a few steps away from vibrant Gasworks.
Competitive package: $90,000–$100,000 + superannuation + $1,500 annual professional development allowance
National travel opportunities — typically a few times a year for key projects and engagement activities
Access to discounted allied health services across our network
Fitness Passport and other group benefits
Be part of a growing business that values innovation, connection, and impact
Real opportunities to shape leadership initiatives and growth strategies
This is an exciting time to join a company that’s evolving fast — and investing in the experience of our people, leaders, and patients.
