We specialise in hydroponically growing premium-quality strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries for the Australian market.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Harvest Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations across our farm and pack shed. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient harvest execution, quality control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and project tasks across field and pack shed

Supervise and support harvest teams including pickers, runners, QCs, and drivers

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards

Maintain and manage harvest and farm equipment

Supervise seasonal and off-season maintenance teams

Drive productivity improvements and implement more efficient work methods

Ensure timely and high-quality task completion

About You

We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. You will ideally bring:

Proven leadership and team supervision experience

Background in horticulture or agriculture (preferred)

Intermediate computer skills

Forklift licence and First Aid certification (advantageous but not essential)

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends (essential)
