Store Manager - Oxley, QLD

We currently have an opening for an exceptional, self-motivated, dedicated, and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at our new Oxley location.

This is a fast paced and hands on role, focusing on the following:

Day to day operations of a retail store, implementing and maintaining exceptional levels of merchandising and store presentation standards, high financial acumen with the ability to drive sales to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

A Store Manager has four key areas of responsibility: People, Product, Processes and Store:

People:

Have exceptional customer service skills.

Have strong communication, motivational and leadership skills that display an eagerness to make a difference.

Product:

Have a flair for merchandising.

Have a strong passion and focus on driving high volumes of stock.

Processes:

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the store’s financial performance (sales, controllable costs etc.), customer service standards, store standards and inventory management.

Store:

Actively maintain store standards through leading by example.

Have a strong focus on promoting and leading health and safety in store

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a similar role

Genuine passion for retail excellence

Ability to lead, inspire and motivate team members and demonstrate respect for others in a teamwork environment

Commercially focused mindset and the ability to drive sales and exceed targets

Strong customer service ethic

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and resolve issues as they arise
