About The Opportunity

Established in 1949 Tesselaar Flowers is Brisbane’s leading flower wholesaler. We have recently moved into a brand-new facility, and we are seeking an energetic, team player to drive sales through our wholesale market. Working hours are Monday to Friday, you must be willing to start work at 4am.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead a team and manage wholesale market customers.

Key account manager for market customers

Continue to support the team with Customers, Pre Orders, Orders, Training, Invoicing, Payments

Continue to process all Market Pre Orders/Orders, Responding to Market customers calls, emails, enquiries.

Identify growth opportunities and execute promotions

Replenish Market Stock, manage quality/waste/discount.

Continue to improve Webshop/ uploading photos and correcting stock lines.

Attends weekly procurement meet.

Key KPI – Sales growth of the key market accounts.

About You:

Previous experience in sales within retail stores

Experience developing and training staff in best practice processes.

Ability to work independently and the drive to do what it takes to make great things happen

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Willingness to learn and has an interest in flowers

Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities

Current Australian Driver's Licence

High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional education or certifications in business or equivalent.
