Position Overview

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision, planning, and problem-solving? We're looking for an Estimator / Production Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

About the Role

This position is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and coordinating production schedules to meet sales specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates

Assist in the development and coordination of production schedules

Ensure alignment of project timelines with client expectations and internal capabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery

Monitor and adjust production plans as needed to maintain quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, college, or technical school

Proficiency in MS Office and 2D & 3D CAD software (AutoCAD & SolidWorks essential)

Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and mechanics

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute across departments
