About the role

As a full-time Sales Representative within the Automotive Industry at EasyCare Services, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the automotive industry across Perth Metro Region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to its continued success.

What you'll be doing:

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the automotive industry via cold calling.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Researching and understanding customer needs to recommend the most suitable products and services.

• Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring profitability.

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

• Providing feedback and insights to the management team to improve sales strategies.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve targets.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the automotive industry.
