Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional planning and technical delivery of ICT capabilities and features.
• Manage system implementation and delivery partner relationships.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure scalable, user-centric design solutions.
• Maintain project governance through standard tools, status reports, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Criteria:

• 5–8 years' experience managing complex technical ICT projects within government.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Background in identity-focused fraud prevention and secure authentication.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and a diploma or certification in Project Management.
