About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in our Western Australia facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in logistics, is safety-focused, and is ready to lead a team to achieve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations

Supervise inventory control, stock rotation, and audits

Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance and efficiency

Maintain WHS standards and ensure safe work practices

Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments

Implement process improvements to optimise warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics management

Knowledge of WHS, logistics systems, and inventory management

Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills

Forklift license (preferred)

Hands-on, solution-focused mindset
