We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Distribution Manager to join our operations team at our Bibra Lake bakehouse. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient distribution of our baked goods across multiple sites.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to lead a team. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and the company Director to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing warehouse staff and delivery drivers

Overseeing inventory control, stock rotation and dispatch schedules

Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards and general site maintenance

Monitoring inbound and outbound goods to ensure accurate and timely delivery

Assisting with any tasks required to keep the warehouse running smoothly

Assisting with rostering, workflow planning and process improvements

Collaborating with other departments to support business operations

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse management role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Good understanding of logistics, inventory management and safety compliance

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands

Forklift licence and HR license required

Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude

This is a hands on roll- must be physically fit and energetic
