Who You’ll Work With
Join a respected team focused on delivering quality insurance restoration and building services. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, clients, and industry professionals, using proven systems and processes to manage workflow effectively.
What You’ll Do
Manage new and existing client relationships, delivering prompt and high-quality service.
Lead large, complex claim assessments including site inspections and budget preparation.
Coordinate with brokers, assessors, builders, and trades to ensure projects stay on track.
Conduct face-to-face client visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare and submit detailed scopes of work, budgets, and final reports on time.
Use company systems to document site activity, review final costs, confirm with clients, and approve invoices.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Restoration, Building, Insurance, Loss Adjusting, or Assessing.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude and ability to engage clients and colleagues clearly
Strong project management skills with the ability to scope, quote, and write reports for insurers
Proven track record or confidence in winning new business and building lasting client relationships at all levels
Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn company systems; building or trade qualifications are beneficial
Commitment to quality, with comprehensive training provided on estimating and pricing according to client guidelines
