Lead and manage the customer service team

Manage CRM platforms and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
Experience managing support teams in call centre or online environments
Analytical thinker with a passion for improving systems and processes
