We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Retail Service Centre Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role located in Malaga, WA. We seek an individual who is customer-focused, energetic, and adaptable. This role entails a blend of customer interaction and administration with responsibility for ensuring the effective implementation and upkeep of all Company protocols and procedures related to Retail Operations. Key areas of accountability include customer service, cash management, staff scheduling, inventory management, HR, Health and Safety, security, administration, and training.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional, timely and friendly support to all customers
Monitoring and maintaining an acceptable level of stock for the store
Experienced in supervising casual workers, onboarding staff, rostering to budget
Good leadership skills to drive best performance from staff
Responsible for site specific retail administrative and OHS tasks
Possesses advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:
Experience in leading and working in high pressure customer-facing roles
A customer-centric and solution driven mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional time management skills
High level use in the Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
