The Role:

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Beckenham store, leading a dedicated team and creating a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong retail experience and a genuine passion for fishing and the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team

Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice

Manage stock levels, ordering, merchandising, and inventory control

Drive sales, meet KPIs, and contribute to business growth

Ensure store presentation is of the highest standard

Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive team culture

Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance

About You:

Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Confident using POS systems and retail software

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
