Are you passionate about helping older adults stay active, safe, and confident in their daily routines?

Do you find purpose in supporting seniors to recover from injury and regain their quality of life?

Is building trust and connection with older clients just as important to you as delivering clinical results?

Are you able to light up someone's day and find joy in turning everyday tasks into empowering moments for your clients?

If you answered yes to any of the above, Comfort Keepers would love to hear from you!

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our clinical team to provide therapy based supports for older adults in the wider North of the River region, as well as Mandurah.

This is a full-time role, 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, based out of the office in Osborne Park, while also travelling to see clients in their own homes.

This role has the opportunity to work both in the community and from home minimum one day per week.

The Role:

Comfort Keepers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy services to our aged care clients. In this role, you will assess clients, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy in their homes. You’ll also play a key role in educating clients, families, and support workers to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Other responsibilities include:

Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy services tailored to individual client needs.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.

Recommend and prescribe assistive technologies and home modifications.

Provide education and support to clients, carers, and support staff.

Collaborate with care coordinators and the broader multidisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development.

Role Essentials:

This role required the successful candidate to have more than 3 years experience as a Physiotherapist, ideally in an aged care setting.

This role requires the successful candidate to hold a current drivers license, a clear National Police Clearance, and a qualification with current AHPRA registration.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a knowledge of Aged Care and the Quality Standards, or have experience in Care Coordination.

The role will suit someone who is passionate about providing quality care and support to clients. It requires someone who is organised and manages their time well, and has a good understanding of computers and technology. Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships is a must in this role, as well the ability to work with diverse clients to achieve the goals and objectives that they chose to achieve.
