Your next role:

• Design the role to suit you – choice to work part or full time, solely in home care or split with residential aged care
• Focus on wellness – provide physiotherapy services and reablement programs to clients in Perth’s Western suburbs
• Develop, implement, evaluate and adjust comprehensive, holistic and progressive physiotherapy programs for clients, increasing their physical and cognitive function
• Deliver high quality therapy programs aligned with clients goals and needs
• Record accurate documentation in line with aged care legislation and funding requirements

About you:

• Full registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist and experience in home care, residential aged care, disability, acute or private practice
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with and engage clients and families
• Demonstrated ability conducting thorough assessments and creating individualised care plans
• Eager and confident in your ability to utilise your excellent clinical skills to provide holistic care
• Passionate about working in the aged care industry and improving the quality of life of the elderly
