The Role
The Duty Manager will play an essential role in managing the venue. They will be used to running very fast past venues and will be able to oversee the operations of the Bistro/Restaurants, Bars, Functions, and Gaming. This role will involve training, leading and managing a team of up to 80 people strong. Previous experience in overseeing budgets, meeting KPI's and rostering will be key in managing the venue. Your day-to-day duties will still require you to be hands-on over the busy periods using your superior communication while still providing exceptional customer service.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be required to have, but not limited to the following attributes.
- Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality / RMLV / Approved Manger License / RSA / RSG
- Experience in Gaming, TAB & KENO
- Able to use and manage P.O.S & Booking systems
- Experience in running high-volume indoor/outdoor venues
- Dynamic, energetic and positive energy and a hands-on leader
