About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of gaming, F&B, and event services while leading a passionate team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead front-line operations across all departments

Provide exceptional customer service and team support

Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling & shift reports

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures & licensing

Coach and mentor staff to deliver consistently excellent service

Step up during large-scale events, sporting fixtures, and peak trade

About You

We’re looking for a motivated, professional leader who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and brings positivity to the workplace.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality/clubs

Strong operational knowledge in gaming and F&B

A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences

Ability to lead, inspire, and bring the best out in a team

High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Strong literacy, numeracy, and administration skills

You must hold:

RSA, RSG, RMLV, Liquor Approved Managers Licence

First Aid & CPR

Food Safety Certificate

Current Police Check
