30+ set hours per week
Negotiable hours for the right applicant including possibility of a 4-day work week

About us:
Inspire is a young firm having branched out in 2015. Although a young business we are proud to carry a combined 100 years’ experience in taxation, business advice and succession planning.
We continually focus on building key relationships among other professionals in our region. We see this as an essential process ensuring if we don’t know something we have the right contacts to be able to find out how which ultimately allows us to reach better outcomes for our clients.
We have recently moved into our new premises in Wood Street, Mackay and need to expand our team.
Inspire are made up of three teams headed by three partners of the firm.
About the role:
We are looking to employ a hands-on self-starter who leads by example with your high-quality work.
The role involves contacting clients for their Income Tax & BAS information, managing the firm's workflow, chasing queries and setting up client Xero files. You will also be assisting the admin team by answering phone calls from our clients, lodging returns with the ATO, taking client payments, providing support to our admin team, and liaising with our business partners including solicitors, financial planners, banks, mortgage and insurance brokers.

About you:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an admin role
Bookkeeping experience and/or small business knowledge
Excellent touch typing skills
Advanced IT skills and competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Initiative (willing to get in and do things when you see them and not wait to be asked)
Want to learn new things
Calm demeanor with the ability to multitask
High attention to detail
Good at working in a team environment
Experience with Xero/XPM an advantage but not necessary
