About The Roles;

Sales Assistant

You’ll need to be organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative. A growth mindset and positive energy are a must!

• Assisting/providing support to sales agents
• Attending open for inspections
• Attending private inspections
• Database management/prospecting
• Attending building inspections
• Providing administration support
• Saturday work required

Sales PA/Administration

This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a busy environment! This admin-focused role will support and assist the sales team in all aspects of property administration - with some out of office duties as required.

• Provide accurate & detailed administration/campaign support
• Communication between buyers & sellers
• Scheduling & attending appointments including building & final inspections
• Prepare proposals, market reports & manage team stock lists
• Assist with social media & marketing
• Sales administration support to the team as required
• Monday to Friday only

Salary up to $65+Super (depending on experience)

About You;

• Previous Real Estate/Sales experience/Administration preferred
• Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• Impeccable Time Management to adhere to deadlines
• Excellent Communication & Written Skills
• Drivers licence & reliable car (out of office duties required)
