Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with real estate legislation
• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing pre-listing kits, market reports, and proposal documentation
• Coordinating professional photography and marketing materials
• Managing buyer follow-ups post-inspection and nurturing long-term relationships
• Assisting with contracts, REIV documentation, and key management
• Handling email, face-to-face, and phone enquiries with clients and prospects
• Accompanying clients to final inspections, pest inspections, and open homes
• Conducting private viewings and open for inspections

Who This Role is For:

• Individuals with 6-12 months of real estate experience (preferred but not essential)
